How to install Advanced File Recovery?
Before installing the recovery tool, please ensure your system meets the following minimum system requirements:
System Requirements - Windows
The basic requirements for operating Advanced File Recovery are:
- Windows-based hardware PC with mouse or similar input device
- Processor Intel Pentium 4 or later with (x86, x64)
- Memory 4GB RAM or more
- Operating System Windows 11/ Windows 10 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 8 / Windows 7
- Hard disk 500 MB free space
- Display 1280x768 resolution
To install the software:
- Download Advanced File Recovery by clicking here.
- Double click the afrsetup.exe setup file. You will now get a UAC prompt click Yes to proceed.
- Next, follow on-screen instructions to start the installation.
- Wait for the installation process to finish.
- Once done, Advanced File Recovery will launch.
- Now select the location that you wish to scan and restore selected files.
